YOUR DAY

As the Landscape and Groundskeeping Lead, you'll manage our landscapes, including flower beds, lawns, and greenhouse plants. You'll set schedules, train staff, and ensure all work meets our high standards. Collaborating with golf course management, you'll apply fertilizers and pesticides while prioritizing tasks to enhance the property's beauty and functionality for members and guests.


YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time landscaping position, with weekend work required based on the golf and event schedule.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelors in horticulture or agronomy or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in landscape management or related field
  • Experience managing teams of 5+
  • Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
  • Knowledge of native/adaptive plants and irrigation systems
  • Ability to interpret budgets and work cross-departmentally
  • Ability to obtain a TDA pesticide license within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work weekends as needed

Spanish-speaking skills and additional knowledge of turf grasses and landscape budgeting are preferred for this landscaping role.
