About the Role

As the Guest Services Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring every guest receives top-notch service. You'll mentor and support your team, oversee scheduling, and help maintain high standards of efficiency and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling, credit, and check procedures
  • Monitor room inventory and rates; assist with revenue management
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to stay informed about group bookings and events
  • Manage daily checklists and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby environment

Schedule
This position includes a flexible schedule with a mix of day and evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM) based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest services experience required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally
