YOUR LIFE AS A LEGAL ASSISTANT - PARALEGAL
This legal assistant position at our law firm typically works full-time.
As a Legal Assistant - Paralegal, our attorneys rely on your compassion and dedication as you help our clients receive the assistance they need. Whether it's working with estate planning, elder law, business succession planning, special needs planning, or probates and trust administration, our clients and attorneys know they can count on you. You're good at building client relationships, but you truly shine when it comes to the balancing act that the administrative aspects of this job require! In fact, you make it look easy and leave us all wondering where you hide your cape. You also draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. That's why all good attorneys and law firms know they are only as good as their legal assistants. We can't grow our firm without assets like you.
Highly organized and attentive to detail, you are driven to provide top-notch support for both our law clients and attorneys. You feel proud that your endeavors help people plan for a secure future! You recognize that sometimes, all it takes is a phone call or an email to make sure our clients know what progress is being made and they haven't been forgotten or lost in the shuffle. Unlike larger firms, we focus on the small details and personal touches that make each client feel like our only client.
