Nxt Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Leasing Agent to join our team at Altair at Riverwalk in West Haven, UT. This position plays an important role in helping prospective residents find a home they'll love and ensuring current residents receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours, phone inquiries, and online leads
• Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and follow-up
• Support residents with maintenance requests, documentation, and account questions
• Assist with administrative tasks and community operations as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales or customer service experience
• Experience in multifamily housing (preferred)
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
