WHAT DOES A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - HANDYMAN DO?
As a part-time Building Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you maintain the physical facilities and hotel grounds through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. You tackle daily work orders and repairs with lightning speed, making sure everything is shipshape and guaranteed to keep our guests happy and satisfied. You're also a pro at ensuring the pool is up to snuff with the latest health department standards, so our guests can enjoy a refreshing swim without a care in the world.
Your number one mission is to keep our guests safe and secure by maintaining the hotel grounds and landscaping in a neat and attractive manner.
