What You'll Do
As our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:

• Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and the community
• Conduct tours, presentations, and events to generate new leads
• Listen to and understand the needs of residents and families, offering solutions that align with their goals
• Identify market opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue
• Collaborate with leadership to drive census growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in sales and marketing (senior living or healthcare industry preferred)
• Proven track record with occupancy growth, developing organic sales volume
• Experience with Welcome Home CRM system is a plus!
• Self-motivated, high energy, with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with families, community partners, and team members
• A passion for helping seniors and their families find the right care solutions
