As our Penick Room & Patio Manager, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make dining at our country club a total delight. You take care of guiding, training, and advising our front-of-house team to provide top-notch service. You're a master of detail, making sure that our beautiful dining room is set up perfectly for each and every guest, and keeping everything clean and safe.
But wait, there's more! You're also in charge of recruiting and hiring our talented food service and bar staff, leading the team with pep talks before shifts and events, and making sure everyone looks sharp in their uniforms. Working with other restaurant management staff, you keep track of inventory and costs to make sure we're always fully stocked and ready to give our guests the ultimate dining experience.
