As our Coordinator of Behavior Services (BCBA) - Adult Program, you will work a special schedule beyond normal business hours, including occasional evening or weekend hours, driven by operational needs to meet programming and individual needs.

Travel Demands: Local travel is required to ensure individual needs are met.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• 3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience assessing, implementing, developing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting
• A commitment to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months of hire and maintain certifications during employment
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and use other software, such as web-based portals, etc.
• Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies is preferred
