THE AVAILABILITY WE NEED:

We are looking for someone who can work part-time, Monday–Friday, 4:15–7:30 pm, with some weekend availability if needed.

TAKE A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:

In this part-time role at Austin Country Club, you'll support our aquatics program by working with the Head Coach to conduct swim practices and lessons for children ages 3–12. Your responsibilities include providing instruction and ensuring swimmer safety by following pool guidelines. You'll also assist with administrative tasks as needed, all while fostering a positive and fun environment for our young athletes and their families.

BECOME OUR ASSISTANT SWIM COACH!

• Current lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children, especially ages 3–12, in swim instruction or related activities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for aquatics and youth development
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 4:15–7:30 pm, with some weekend availability if needed
• Prior experience as a swim coach or instructor is preferred
• Interest in assisting with the summer league swim team as an assistant coach is preferred
