Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A sincere dedication to serving seniors

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee resident health assessments and individualized service plans
  • Manage the medication program and ensure staff competency in medication administration
  • Provide training and education for care staff; coordinate outside training as needed
  • Participate in resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
  • Maintain communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
  • Collaborate with therapists, dieticians, and other specialists for holistic resident care
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations


This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with 24-hour on-call support to meet resident needs.
