We offer flexible scheduling to meet operational needs:

• Weekday Shifts: Monday–Friday (7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, or 11 pm–7 am)
• Swing Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday (10 am–6 pm)
• Weekend Shifts: Saturday–Sunday (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am)

Extended hours may be required during high-demand periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As our Unarmed Security Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of Austin Country Club's grounds and facilities. You'll monitor access points, patrol club grounds, respond to incidents, and provide a visible, professional presence during events. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Texas Level 2 security license
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, public safety, or private security with honorable discharge
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects exceeding 50 pounds for extended periods

Some college experience and proficiency with other languages is preferred.
