Pay: We offer our Horticulture and Landscape Design Lead a competitive annual salary and bonus potential up to 10% based on performance.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HORTICULTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN LEAD:

This is a full-time position with flexible AM shifts Monday through Sunday, requiring some weekend work based on the country club's schedule.

YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you'll design and maintain landscape beds, supervise horticulture staff, apply fertilizers and pesticides, and collaborate with the Golf Course team. You'll manage greenhouse plants, keep the grounds clean, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the club's visual identity and member experience.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in horticulture or in a related industry
• Management experience with staff of 5+
• Team-oriented and accountable
• Knowledge of native/adaptive plants, irrigation systems, and turf grasses
• Ability to read and interpret budgets
• Ability to work on weekends as necessary
• Ability to obtain TDA pesticide license within 90 days of employment

Spanish proficiency, experience in landscape design, and a basic knowledge of turf grasses are preferred.
