YOUR DAY AS A BAR MANAGER

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our beverage sales strategies, responsible alcohol service, and best practices. You'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise by providing comprehensive training to our bartenders, ensuring they can craft exceptional drinks and upsell with finesse. You'll also play a key role in creating a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by managing compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements. But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bar, overseeing the sale of liquor, beer, wine, and soft drinks. You'll conduct weekly bar inventory, manage liquor orders, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve our beverage mix. And don't worry, we've got your back when it comes to food safety - you'll be trained in and expected to practice safe food handling procedures. As the Bar Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop, track, analyze, and evaluate beverage promotions, ensuring our offerings are exciting and enticing to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BAR MANAGER

• 1+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Bartending experience and general knowledge of the field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
