Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality and Senior Living Business Accountant to join our finance team. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial analysis
• Variance analysis, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Support budget preparation and compliance activities
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting
• Perform monthly financial close processes for multiple properties
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of property-level financial statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
