We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Dual Sales Coordinator to join our team at the Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites in West Valley City. This full-time position will support sales efforts at both properties, working closely with the Director of Sales to drive revenue, build relationships, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day sales activities for both hotels
• Support group booking processes, contracts, and event coordination
• Provide outstanding service to potential and existing clients
• Help ensure brand standards are upheld for Hilton and Marriott properties
• Perform administrative tasks, reporting, and general office support

What We're Looking For

• Previous Hilton and/or Marriott experience preferred (but we are willing to train a well-qualified applicant)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20-$21 per hour, DOE
• Schedule: Full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
