This position is all about building strong relationships with prospective and current residents while keeping our community running smoothly.

A Day in the Role

• Be the first point of contact for prospects through tours, phone conversations, and online leads
• Ensure excellent service by following up quickly and supporting residents with their needs
• Coordinate work order requests and maintain accurate resident records
• Assist with office tasks to keep operations organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with Fair Housing standards
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Previous multifamily leasing or housing background (6+ months preferred)
• Knowledge of Entrata software is a plus
• A motivated professional with a customer-first mindset
