• Assisting with leasing efforts by responding to inquiries and conducting tours
• Supporting residents with questions, concerns, and work order requests
• Processing invoices and helping track community financial performance
• Keeping resident files organized and accurate
• Collaborating with the Property Manager and leasing team to meet community goals
