What You'll Do

As our Property Manager, you'll play a key role in leading your team and ensuring the property operates smoothly, financially, and culturally. Every day is an opportunity to bring out the best in your community and your staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring, motivating, and leading a successful team through growth and change
• Overseeing the property's budget to meet financial goals
• Preparing and presenting annual budgets to Regional Managers and VPs
• Building strong relationships with ownership and delivering accurate, timely reports
• Knowing the ins and outs of your community-floor plans, amenities, value-add opportunities, and competitors
• Responding to resident needs quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of multifamily industry experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred
• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
