• $70,000+ per year, depending on experience, with monthly and quarterly bonus potential

What You'll Do

As a Property Manager at Nxt Property Management, no two days are the same. You'll spend your time:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
• Scheduling and conducting property tours
• Following up with leads and assisting with resident questions
• Managing resident files and processing invoices
• Overseeing maintenance and leasing staff
• Supporting residents with work order scheduling
• Driving financial and operational performance of the property

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with fair housing laws, sales techniques and leasing experience
• Experience with Entrata Property Management Software
• Understanding of financials and budgets
• 6+ months of multifamily property management experience
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
