What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
• Manage community budgets to meet or exceed monthly financial goals.
• Prepare and present annual budgets to Regional Managers and VPs, introducing creative strategies to drive growth and success.
• Build strong relationships with ownership through timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, amenities, value-add opportunities, and the competitive market.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident needs promptly and professionally.

Communicate clearly, adapt quickly to change, and model professional standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the multifamily housing industry.
• Experience with Entrata property management software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
