Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and helping them feel at home? Legacy Village of Castle Pines is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to join our team. This position is 24 hours per week with a pay rate of $22.17 per hour.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to support occupancy growth while ensuring every new resident experiences a smooth and welcoming transition. From the first inquiry to move-in day, you'll provide positive, professional, and supportive experiences for residents and their families.

Your day-to-day will include coordinating move-in paperwork, communicating with healthcare providers for documentation, and partnering with our staff to make sure apartments are ready. You'll also assist with tracking occupancy, responding to inquiries, staging apartments and common areas, and supporting tours and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide families through required move-in paperwork and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and movers to ensure apartments are prepared.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule tours, and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records and update our CRM database.
• Support marketing efforts by staging apartments and helping with events.
