What You'll Do
As the Food Services Director, you'll be responsible for both the culinary and operational success of our dining program. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overseeing preparation and service of meals and snacks by your kitchen staff.
  • Managing budgets, food purchasing, invoices, and inventory control.
  • Supervising and training a team of dining associates to provide exceptional service.
  • Planning menus and preparing meals for holidays, special occasions, and catered events.
  • Adhere to individual diet needs and plans.
  • Ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality dining experience that reflects creativity and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Serve Safe Certification
  • Culinary arts training or degree
  • Experience with financial oversight in a food service department
  • Background working in Senior Living preferred, but not required
