This is a full-time leadership role where you'll ensure our building, grounds, and systems are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.

Your Role

As a Maintenance Director, you will:

• Supervise both maintenance and housekeeping teams
• Oversee property maintenance, repair, and safety compliance
• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met in resident apartments and common areas
• Manage groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow removal
• Respond quickly to building and apartment repair needs
• Turn units and ensure common areas remain in excellent condition
• Help monitor and manage the community's maintenance and housekeeping budgets
• Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents
