Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our senior living community. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll ensure our building, grounds, and systems are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.

Your Role

As a Maintenance Director, you will:

  • Supervise both maintenance and housekeeping teams
  • Oversee property maintenance, repair, and safety compliance
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met in resident apartments and common areas
  • Manage groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow removal
  • Respond quickly to building and apartment repair needs
  • Turn units and ensure common areas remain in excellent condition
  • Help monitor and manage the community's maintenance and housekeeping budgets
  • Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of fire codes, building regulations, and facility maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and repair skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Experience managing a team of individuals
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of either Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday. On-call availability is required for emergencies.
