Saddle Rock Legal Group in Draper, UT is hiring a full-time Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the charge in building innovative, scalable solutions that power our legal tech operations. This is a remote position.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.

As our Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll design and build custom Salesforce solutions, integrate systems, lead technical direction, and mentor junior developers. You'll also own the testing process-creating and executing test cases, tracking bugs, and ensuring quality across releases. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
• 5+ years of experience building advanced declarative automations using Salesforce Flows
• 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data architecture
• Proven experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions

Preferred qualifications for this position include at least 2 years of experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, or APEX, Salesforce certifications, API integrations, CI/CD tools, and familiarity with the legal, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
