We offer our Racquet Sports Specialists a competitive wage of $10 per hour, plus 65% of private lesson fees ($105–$115/hr), and 70% of all clinics taught. Once established, your annual earnings can reach $70,000–$90,000.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate exhibits the qualifications listed below:

• 2+ years of experience in teaching both adults and juniors
• USPTA certification
• Ability to work effectively with an experienced, professional staff
• Ability to work weekends and evenings

Experience teaching pickleball lessons is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RACQUET SPORTS SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift that includes day shifts, weekends, and on-call availability.

As our Racquet Sports Specialist, you'll lead adult clinics, assist with junior programming, and help organize club events and mixers. You'll teach private and group tennis lessons, and offer pickleball instruction as needed. Each day brings new opportunities to connect with members, grow the program, and make a meaningful impact on the court.
