WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE:

As a Director of Family Services, you review department priorities and connect with Case Managers to ensure services are moving forward without delay. Throughout the day, you're a bridge between families, staff, and agencies-facilitating conversations that keep everyone aligned and informed. You participate in interdisciplinary meetings, contribute to IEP discussions, and address safety and transition planning with precision and care. Whether you're answering a guardian's question, strategizing with a colleague, or advocating for a student with an outside agency, every task you take on strengthens the delivery of person-centered, family-driven care.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM THE DIRECTOR OF FAMILY SERVICES?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Professional licensure such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience in case management or child welfare services
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
