Schedule: Typical schedules are Monday through Friday.

YOUR IMPACT

No two days are exactly the same, and that's what keeps things fun! As our Move-In Coordinator, you'll:

• Support smooth transitions for elderly residents while complying with organization policies and state licensing regulations
• Work with management, future residents, and family members to complete necessary paperwork on time
• Communicate with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other organizations to obtain the Physician Plan of Care and required documents
• Accurately track move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy rates
• Answer questions and provide warm customer service
• Help stage and maintain apartments, grounds, and common areas for showings
• Help research competitors, new services, and industry pricing

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Requirements:

• Customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• Positive, respectful attitude
• Solid work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision or direction
• Ability to brainstorm new marketing plans and generate strategic sales
• Passion for working with the elderly and their families
