THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING AN ENTRY-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

YOUR ROLE:

You spend your days sprucing up our Riverfront Apartments, tackling various responsibilities to maintain and improve the community for our residents. This is a proactive role where you walk around the area, identify things that need to be done, and thoroughly take care of them. As you perform light groundskeeping, fix problems in our residents' homes, and prepare empty units for the next resident, you can take pride in helping improve others' lives!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude, motivation to succeed, and proactive spirit
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and time management abilities
• Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to professionally manage difficult situations
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• General computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently

Our ideal candidate has some knowledge about or experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, or wall repairs. Groundskeeping skills or experience maintaining apartments or multi-family units would be preferred.
