A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGER

This is a full-time position, typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities for weekends and holidays.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning at their best. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs across guest rooms and public spaces. You'll also provide leadership to the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and up to high-quality standards. Your role will be key in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone who steps through our doors.
