YOUR DAY
As a Front Desk Attendant, you're all about exceptional customer service. Registering guests, assigning rooms, and making their stay delightful is your mission. Smooth check-ins and check-outs are your forte, and you ensure guests know all about our services and accommodations.
Cash handling and policy adherence are key. Keeping the front desk spick and span is also part of the gig. You handle guest concerns with a grin and ensure billing precision. As needed, you assist with the market, stocking, purchases, and inventory. Friendly service is your superpower!
