IN THIS REVENUE OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT ROLE YOUR TIME IS SPENT:

• Managing billing operations and tracking third-party services
• Building and refining scalable workflows and internal billing controls
• Working closely with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting
• Leading efforts to reduce revenue leakage and ensure complete capture
• Preparing monthly revenue and margin reports with detailed variance analysis
• Reviewing billing setups (active and terminated clients) to ensure accuracy
• Supporting the Assistant Controller with GAAP reporting, audits, and special projects
• Helping improve the efficiency and integrity of financial operations
• Every task you touch helps drive smart decisions and better business outcomes

As our Revenue Operations Accountant, you become the go-to expert for billing accuracy, recurring revenue, and financial insight. You'll be trusted with all our accounting needs.

DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4+ years of experience in billing, accounting operations, or revenue support
• Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn SQL
• Skilled at reconciling data and identifying discrepancies
• Experience with billing systems and accounting software
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and support

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with FP&A or financial planning
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with third-party integrations or vendor billing
• Exposure to sales tax compliance
• Background in SaaS, HCM, or payroll
• Experience in a high-growth company
