What You'll Be Doing:

In this highly visible, sales-forward role, you'll be responsible for increasing occupancy and maintaining strong referral relationships by:

• Giving in-person tours and walking families through pricing and care options
• Responding promptly to inbound inquiries through various channels (phone, email, web chat)
• Building and nurturing connections with discharge planners, physicians, therapists, and local organizations
• Representing Legacy Village at business networking events, community fairs, and civic functions
• Presenting with professionalism and tailoring materials to various audiences
• Tracking leads and maintaining regular communication with potential residents and referral partners

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales, specifically in senior living is a plus!
• Someone who meets and exceeds the WSLM selling expectations
• Experience managing a CRM system
• Genuine passion for working with seniors and their families
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, self-starting, and results-driven
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Schedule:

This is typically a Monday-Friday role, with potential weekends and holidays as needed.
