The House Manager provides oversight, coordination and appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. The House Manager is responsible for providing on-site management in assigned residence including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling of personnel. The House Manager is directly accountable to the Director of Residential Services who provides supervision and training. Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility, the House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:
