YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the execution of product development initiatives by assisting in planning, tracking, and delivering projects from concept to launch. You'll facilitate communication between engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, monitor project schedules, anticipate blockers, and collaborate to meet deadlines. You'll maintain organized documentation, status reports, and requirements, and use SQL for data analysis to track project metrics. Additionally, you'll work with developers to define technical requirements, suggest process improvements, assess risks, and assist senior team members with mitigation strategies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
• Experience working in team-based environments and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to programming concepts or basic coding
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Interest or prior exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR technology
