WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR PRODUCT MANAGER:

As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to the successful execution of product development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, tracking, and delivery of product development initiatives from concept to launch
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring consistent communication between diverse teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
• Timeline Management: Monitoring project schedules, anticipating potential blockers, and collaborating with leads to meet deadlines
• Documentation: Maintaining clear and organized project documentation, status reports, and requirement specifications
• Data Analysis: Utilizing SQL to extract and analyze data for tracking project metrics and product performance
• Technical Liaison: Working closely with developers to define technical requirements and clarify scope
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements to enhance delivery
• Risk Management: Helping assess risks and assisting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
• Experience working in team-based environments and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to programming concepts or basic coding
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Interest or prior exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR technology
