WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR PRODUCT MANAGER:
As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to the successful execution of product development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, tracking, and delivery of product development initiatives from concept to launch
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring consistent communication between diverse teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
- Timeline Management: Monitoring project schedules, anticipating potential blockers, and collaborating with leads to meet deadlines
- Documentation: Maintaining clear and organized project documentation, status reports, and requirement specifications
- Data Analysis: Utilizing SQL to extract and analyze data for tracking project metrics and product performance
- Technical Liaison: Working closely with developers to define technical requirements and clarify scope
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements to enhance delivery
- Risk Management: Helping assess risks and assisting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
- Experience working in team-based environments and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to programming concepts or basic coding
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Interest or prior exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR technology
