YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COOK - CULINARY CHEF

As our Cook - Culinary Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of all back-of-the-house staff, fostering a positive and safe workplace. Your expertise will be essential in managing menu details, portion planning, food ordering, and maintaining high standards for quality and presentation. You'll train staff, conduct meetings, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, including OLCC standards. Additionally, you'll develop new menu items, manage costs, and minimize waste. Working closely with vendors, you'll conduct inventory and assist the general manager in hiring new BOH personnel. You'll also seek improvements, attend trade shows, and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
