BECOMING OUR SET-UP MANAGER

You'll earn a competitive salary of $45,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), and Hilton team travel benefits.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

You'll oversee the physical set-up for banquet functions, arranging chairs, tables, stages, and dance floors to create the ideal atmosphere. As a hands-on leader, you'll manage the setup, inventory, and organization of equipment while troubleshooting any issues. Your role includes supervising your set-up crew, creating their schedules, and planning events with precision. You'll also maintain all event equipment and collaborate in banquet event meetings with other department heads to ensure smooth coordination. Additionally, you'll provide excellent guest service, communicate effectively across departments, and manage your budget to optimize resources.
