This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the central hub of our team, leading new hire onboarding, coordinating orientations, organizing staff meetings and trainings, managing receptionists, and serving as the go-to liaison for HR and payroll. You'll maintain employee and medical records with precision and ensure smooth communication across departments. Every day, you'll play a key role in keeping our community running efficiently and compassionately.
Qualifications:
Previous HR and payroll experience is preferred for this office position.
