Located near HWY 29 and Ronald Teagan Blvd., in the Santa Rita Ranch / Bar W. neighborhoods, Angela Ronzoni's Pizzeria is looking for a part-time skilled Pizza Cook who is as passionate about pizza as we are!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a solid understanding of pizza preparation techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a commitment to food safety and hygiene practices, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas from scratch, following recipes, measurements, and customer preferences.
• Maintain consistency in pizza preparation, from dough stretching to final presentation.
• Cook and prepare pastas, sandwiches, and salads according to recipe.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutting tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate and communicate with other kitchen staff to keep orders moving and ensure a great experience for our customers, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Previous experience as a pizza cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant
• Solid understanding of pizza-making techniques, from dough handling to topping pies, to oven knowledge
• Detail-oriented and passionate about serving up great food
• Team and customer-focused

Benefits:

• Compensation is $19-$20 / hour, base plus tips
