At Crystal Springs, we take a holistic, child-centered approach that fosters growth, progress, and success. Our team provides a range of services, including physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy, as well as low vision, nursing, behavioral health, educational, and residential services. Basic Duties:

• Assist our on-site Physical Therapist in providing both direct and consultative physical therapy services, following each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluation.
• Maintain accurate written documentation for all treatments provided.
• Communicate professionally and provide guidance to team members, ensuring that established goals and skill development strategies are carried over effectively.
• Participate in the IEP process and engage in professional communication during meetings with families and external agencies, as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, 32 hours/week

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
