THE BASICS

Pay: With a pay range of $25 - $35 per hour, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Schedule: Our 1st Shift Maintenance Technician works from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.

YOUR DAY AS A 1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician, you will spend your days performing routine preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment and structures as directed by the Department Supervisor. You will proactively seek out equipment improvements, maintain safety standards, and manage your time to be proactive in prioritizing maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance calls 24/7 or as scheduled and must be able to problem solve effectively.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A 1ST SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of on-the-job industrial maintenance experience
  • Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and welding disciplines
  • Strong electrical control experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to analyze information and make educated decisions as well as direct others in a team-based environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Availability to respond to maintenance calls 24/7 or as scheduled
