YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EVENT PLANNING ASSOCIATE

As a Sales and Event Planning Associate, your day begins with an exciting review of upcoming events and a brief team huddle to align on all logistics. You become the primary liaison for clients and event contacts, diving into the details of planning, from securing room blocks to coordinating mouth-watering catering. On event days, you're right in the action, overseeing setup and making sure every guest feels welcomed and special. With your hands-on approach, you effortlessly manage tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This dynamic, part-time role keeps you at the vibrant center of hospitality and helps you turn every event into a memorable experience!


REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR SALES AND EVENT PLANNING ASSOCIATE

  • Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends)
