As a Marketing - Sales Admin Assistant, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents, handling inquiries and conducting tours, both in-person and virtually. You'll collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth transition for new move-ins, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with essential information and communications. Your role involves supporting office functions, managing resident admission paperwork, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You'll handle incoming calls, maintain confidentiality, and assist with programming pendants and key fobs for residents.
