QUALIFICATIONS

• Hospitality sales experience
• Ability to manage sales for this location and our TownPlace Suites property
• Ability to set clear goals and proactively implement strategies for meeting them
• Self-starter mentality

Leadership or management experience would be highly preferred.

DUAL-PROPERTY SALES DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The typical schedule goes from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

In this role, you oversee sales strategies and business development opportunities for our West Valley City TownPlace Suites and Hampton Inn properties. Your leadership skills and problem-solving abilities take center stage as you analyze revenue streams for both locations, identify areas for improvement, and execute new strategies for increasing profits. You establish business targets and guide your hotel teams in making the appropriate adjustments to meet these goals. To succeed, you need to be proactive, flexible, and able to clearly communicate changes and expectations to others.
