YOUR ROLE: SO MUCH MORE THAN A TITLE

As our full-time Assisted Living Nursing Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our nursing department. Under the guidance of the Wellness Director, you'll oversee daily healthcare operations with the highest standards of care and compassion. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining service plans tailored uniquely to each resident's needs, and ensuring those plans are communicated clearly across your team. With your leadership, privacy and dignity won't just be respected - they'll be championed.

You'll manage staffing, training, and performance with a focus on compliance, growth, and excellence. You'll monitor budgets, align services with occupancy goals, and implement thoughtful programs to enhance care while controlling costs. Your role is pivotal - balancing the clinical, the personal, and the operational - while creating an environment where both senior living residents and associates can thrive.
