YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Leading a team, you'll coordinate and oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry activities, ensuring the highest standards are met. Your knack for leadership will shine as you guide your team in conducting regular inspections, developing preventative maintenance programs, and addressing issues promptly. Collaboration is key as you will work with other departments to create a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Here's what you need to become our Maintenance Director:

  • Experience in maintenance and facility management
  • Handyman experience, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to ensure the well-being and safety of our community
