This advertising position earns a competitive base salary of around $55,000/year, along with a fantastic incentive package. The average wage with commissions and incentives is $80,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING MANAGER

As a Marketing Manager, you play a vital role in our company. Thanks to the strategies you develop and implement, people know about our senior living community and can easily connect with us. Each day, you arrive at work ready to spread the word about the amazing job we do for our clients. You develop relationships with healthcare professionals and other potential referral sources. When families come in to learn more about our community and services, you give them personal tours and pricing.

You visit and make presentations to physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and hospital discharge planners, always leaving brochures and other advertising material with them. You also visit senior centers with treat baskets and other goodies to develop relationships with those there. Staying actively involved in the community, you participate on committees for nonprofit events as appropriate. You also coordinate lunches with referral sources, providing promotional items to share. Following up is a must, and you're fantastic at sending thank-you notes or other positive communications after a meeting. With you as the friendly voice of our company, we thrive, and you are proud to know what a difference you make to us and to seniors in the community!

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING MANAGER

  • Experience or a degree in marketing or business
  • A heart for serving seniors

WORK SCHEDULE
