THE BASICS

Pay: Based in Stillwater, OK, this full-time role offers a competitive salary ($88,000 – $95,000 annually).

Schedule: This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call responsibilities for clinical needs are required, with occasional evenings or weekends to ensure comprehensive resident care.

YOUR DAY AS A CLINIC WELLNESS DIRECTOR/RN

As the Clinic Wellness Director, you will oversee the clinical care provided to residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care areas. Your days will involve collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that care plans align with individual needs. You will lead your team by providing training and mentorship, emphasizing the importance of delivering high-quality care while understanding the deeper purpose behind each task. Through your leadership, you will create an environment where residents thrive and caregivers feel empowered, all while upholding the highest standards of care and wellness.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CLINIC WELLNESS DIRECTOR/RN

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Genuine love and compassion for working with senior adults and a commitment to enhancing their well-being
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for training and empowering caregivers
