Legacy Village of Stillwater is looking for a caring full-time Assisted Living Wellness Director - RN to lead the clinical care for our assisted living and memory care residents. Located in Stillwater, OK, this full-time position offers competitive pay of $88,000 – $95,000/year and excellent benefits. This includes:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ASSISTED LIVING WELLNESS DIRECTOR - RN

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time role with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll also be on-call for clinical needs, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Assisted Living Wellness Director - RN, you'll focus on overseeing the clinical care for our assisted living and memory care residents. You'll spend your time ensuring residents receive the right care for their needs, connecting regularly with families and healthcare providers, and building strong relationships. You'll also train and guide caregivers, helping them understand not just how to perform their duties but why those tasks matter. Each day, your work will have a direct impact on the health and happiness of the people in our community.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Genuine love and compassion for working with senior adults and a commitment to enhancing their well-being
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for training and empowering caregivers
