THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PIZZA LINE COOK

THE SCHEDULE:

Part-time and full-time schedules are available between our operation hours of 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

YOUR ROLE:

When you join our restaurant as a Pizza Line Cook, you play a crucial role in our kitchen. You prepare pizzas and other menu items, following recipes and customer specifications to ensure consistency and quality. You organize and set up your culinary station with all the necessary ingredients and equipment, maintaining efficiency throughout your shift. Using ovens, knives, and mixers, you work safely and effectively to produce high-quality dishes. You uphold cleanliness and always adhere to food safety standards. Additionally, you engage with guests when needed, ensuring they have a positive and memorable dining experience.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 18+ years of age
• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Previous pizza-cooking experience in a professional setting
• Experience with deck ovens or wood-fired ovens
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
