WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

As an essential member of our team, you provide educational and therapeutic support to assigned students, helping them thrive in the classroom. Your dedication and passion shine as you tailor your assistance to meet their specific needs, using your in-depth understanding of the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.

Working closely with our special education teacher, you make valuable contributions to assessing and reporting on student progress during evaluation periods. Your keen observations and insights are highly valued as we work together to support our students' growth.

You also provide direct support to students during important activities such as mealtimes, toileting, and personal hygiene training. On teacher planning days, you implement engaging activities and offer essential care to our students in their residences. Your warmth and compassion ensure that our students receive the best possible support!
