YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Hotel Front Desk Attendant at Hotel Moab Downtown, your responsibilities include:

• Registering guests and assigning rooms
• Efficiently checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Communicating all hotel services and accommodations
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
• Resolving guest complaints and ensuring positive guest relations
• Ensuring the accuracy of billing to hotel guests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, push, pull, bend, stoop, and upward reach
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Passionate about providing a pleasant place for our guests

Having computer skills is a plus!

WORK SCHEDULE

You'll enjoy a part-time schedule, offering flexibility and stability for work-life balance.

• 2 days per week, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
